Arguments

scbench

an `scbench` object that has been evaluated by `deconvolute`

level

an annotation level to show. Finest-grained annotation (highest level) by default.

Value

a list, containing `heatmap`, a ggheatmap object, and `rmse_table`, a table summarizing results
